Aaron Held: Marine Electronics Installation

Aaron has been designing and installing marine electrical systems since the construction of his first boat, Silent Dolphin, in 1996. He began installing electronics professionally, and obtained his NMEA Marine Electronics Installer and Raymarine certifications in 2007.

Aaron started Octopus Yachts, LLC in the fall of 2008 to provide high end, engineered marine electronics solutions to boaters in the Metro New York City area. Find out more at the Octopus Yachts website.

Aaron takes pride in his installations, focusing on ergonomic placement of controls and neat wiring, with plenty of labels should an install need to be troubleshot by a different technician. He uses all marine grade wiring components.
